Very competent staff, large selection and the right decision for my bathroom!
We had ordered the tiles for our toilet / bath at tile Merkel. At first, the saleswoman seemed quite competent, but not friendly. The tiles had to be retracted from Spain and it should take 4 weeks. So far so good. When the tiles arrived, we only noticed at home that one pack had the wrong color and none of the remaining ones had the same fire as the others. Of course I had to pay the bill right away.
Only reluctantly has the seller accepted the complaint.
Of course, the bathroom could not be completed to move in.
From the saleswoman, I have heard no word, the complaint has handled a colleague.
