Convenient but bad service

I brought my olive silk blouse for cleaning. She had slight sweat edges. Now, under the arm, a palm-sized area is completely faded. The blouse is ruined. On complaint I was told, silk was just sensitive and I should change the deodorant.

Rude and outrageous the owner! You get the decals pinned, so that the customer can even attach them to the package. Their job is done by customers themselves. Then it would be better to terminate the cooperation with Hermes, if this work is not done by yourself! For years I have not had any good experiences here. That was the last time I entered this store.

I brought my dirndl there and during the cleaning the elastic in my 1 year old blouse tore, which I find very unpleasant. It was also not apologized but only communicated rather unfriendly. I can't recommend it!
