Unfortunately, I can only agree with the previous reviews. I went there twice and found the staff very rude, unhelpful and not competent. Also I will look for another pharmacy.

I can not understand the bad reviews. I was always treated friendly and courteous and was always offered advice. I have been a customer there for several years and have always been very satisfied with the service.

Unfortunately, I have personally made no good experiences in the birch pharmacy. Maybe it's up to me - but often these medicines that I need are not in stock and must be ordered. Other pharmacies in the vicinity (neighboring villages) have the medication mostly in stock .... but that may perhaps really be due to the drugs that I need. What bothers me but massive: The opening hours of the pharmacy are open until 18:30 clock. If I'm on site at 18:25 and want to get a (prescription) drug and the first reaction of the pharmacist is then "Unfortunately, the calculator is already shut down" then I would like to and can not accept that. I then quickly left the birch pharmacy to get my medicine elsewhere. I then called a pharmacy in the neighboring Baiersdorf, which also opened until 18:30, and there they offered me immediately to wait for me ... there I got my drug. Sorry ... but that's not possible!
