First of all the positive: I quickly got an appointment - the craftsman came on time - everyone was very friendly.
- You won't find cheap craftsmen anymore - this is how Adler earns money from the material. Buy it yourself and then have it installed (third-party material), I don't think of a craftsman anymore. May be related in part to the warranty - but probably mostly with the profit margin. At Adler I paid about 3 times the price for the same material that I could have bought online or in the hardware store. But as I said, it is the same everywhere.
- What I did not like is the following: The first craftsman who was sent could not do the job to satisfaction - he was there for almost an hour. I complained and another colleague came on the same day and then got it right. Here too it took 1 hour. When the invoice came in, I was charged for the first craftsman - all in all, it doesn't make the herb fat - but you wouldn't have had to invoice the company for this. Overall, however, I was satisfied - even if it is generally never really cheap for craftsmen.
A good company with a professional approach. Very nice ladies in the office. The amount of equipment in the equipment. I have not met such a well-equipped company yet. They are not afraid of a good job. They also have a night service in the event of an emergency.

Super service, quick in emergencies and friendly too. My new "house and yard sanitary technician". Has also found and fixed a rather ugly error in my oil heating not with wild rum screwing and exchanges, but with a clear system in a very short time. The focus here is clearly on customer satisfaction and NOT on maximizing profits. Just as it should be. Top grade! Stay that way!
