I am so happy! Always had insoles from a different medical supply store and the poor quality caused me to develop an infection, so that every step hurt. I now have deposits from here and am totally satisfied. If something hurts, the technician is on site and grinds the insole accordingly. Great service and great advice with clarification. I was treated very unfriendly by the boss during the consultation for 2 pairs of deposits. Every question I asked was too much for her. She didn't make me feel like I was in good hands with her. I am a direct person and asked her about her unkindness, and got a flippant and ridiculous answer. I only know such traits from older generations who have little to do with openness and self-awareness. Canceled my purchase and will go where you are treated kindly. Although I have had all of my orthopedic equipment manufactured there, this was definitely my last visit to this house.
