Nice staff, good selection
Large selection - if you know how to help yourself and don't need advice, this is the right place.
You have to take some time to pay for that.
You are left standing at the cash register for 10 minutes to end your personal conversation with friends in front of the store.
Problems with ensuring Dr Martens health and work shoes.
These broke after 7 months (tears in the leather despite care)
After a long discussion ("they should have looked after them differently ...") and, in my opinion, a very seller-friendly interpretation of the warranty right for shoes, the shoes were sent in to a cobbler.
This process was then presented in a jovial way like an act of grace.
So if you expect goodwill or buyer-friendly interpretation of the warranty right, you may be very disappointed here.
At least I became and don't buy anything there anymore
Nice shoe store, great choice also from Gr. 47, many well-known brands, very friendly seller !!
