Poor, unprofessional service ... Some employees are quite ok, but many cannot communicate intelligently with the citizens. Often, applications were leaned on me, with a shrug of the shoulders and the reason 'that's just the way it is' or I was sent to the wrong department because 'listening' is a foreign word to them. You also have to officially translate all documents that are in English, because in an international city like Freiburg, languages like English or French are apparently too exotic ... I don't want to imagine how many problems foreigners are exposed to here!
