Some employees are extremely rude. Other town halls are able to continue offering all services despite corona. In Freiburg you don't get that in line even after months.

Outrageous!!!! I come to the authorization and am currently on the phone and will be sent out unfriendly by a "security officer" with the statement; phoning is not allowed !!! Then I read through the house rules and there was nothing of man in the town house NOT call! I'm a fan to him and have told him, he should tell me where it says that you can not call here, he showed me a small sticker at the back of the corner where man makes the license plates there! And I have to follow him if he tells me that!
