Fitness-Loft Freiburg West

Hi, thanks for your consideration. I am describing here that why I give you just two stars. I should say I like the atmosphere of your gym, the equipment and machines work satisfying as well, but I had a bad experience there that I can not forget it at all. I registered at your gym because it is close to my workplace (I am working at the University of Freiburg, engineering faculty) but that time I used to live close to Vuban (till your gym 20 minutes cycling). Once that I wanted to train at the gym at the weekend I cycled into the gym and that day I was so motivated to have heavy training, it was raining heavily but I cycled under rain and arrived in the gym. But I noticed, unfortunately, I did not bring my bracelet to login at the reception desk. I explained the situation for your employee that I have my ID card and you can check my membership in your system and then I asked here that give the permission to work on that day with guest access or any other possibility. But she allow me to work out at the gym without my bracelet chip, then I had to go home and bring it which took one hour time and all of my energy depleted and it was a terrible day for me. Then I decided to register in another gym after finishing my contract with fintess loft and never come back again into your community and I will tell this story to any of my friends who won't to register in your gym.

Very low quality in any aspects.... Trainers, hygiene, staff, equipment, courses they offer, .... The trainers are not professional at all. For example, at the time I was still their member, there was mostly the same trainer for Body forming, Pilates, Zomba ( in the evenings that I could attend, in the morning they had different trainers). The staff are a bit rude and unfriendly...only one or two of them are a bit nicer .... Hopefully I terminated my contract after a year. If you look for joining a professional gym, I don't think it's the right place.

It look cheap gym because they charge 20 euros/month but they also charge every 3 months 35 euros for something like colored water with flavour. The costumer service is not provided also.Once i faced a problem there was no way to make a reclamation, no phone number no active email,Isent punch of emails for two months but with no answer. The staff is rude and unprofessional (not all of them) i asked for cancellation they agreed and gave me paper to fill and they said i should receive a latter by post and now its three month and nothing they just keep cutting the fee from the bank. Learning German is recommended to attend to the gym because many of the staff don't speak English (sometimes !!!!)...

This is without a doubt the worst gym in Freiburg. Apart from the fact that you ask the coaches there for help and they never help you, and the fact that they charge you €25 every three months for “drinks”, the staff there is very disrespectful and have no manners whatsoever. I once forgot to bring a towel with me, and two of the receptionists were “using” a machine and hogging it for too long -they basically were walking around and talking but they’d left their towel on the machine- and when I removed their towel and put it on the next machine, they told me that I couldn’t work out anymore and needed to go home and bring my towel or buy a towel now. They were ganging up on me and being very very rude. It felt like they were retaliating, not applying the “rules”, because there were a lot of people in the gym with no towels. I’ve never seen gym staff treat a customer like that before in my life. There have been a couple other instances where I felt that the staff was incompetent and unhelpful but I’m not gonna make this review longer than this. I’m just so glad that I had canceled my membership there.

Great gym! everything is needed there. plus professional trainers who can help
