I am very unhappy with the service! I wanted support stockings with a closed toe, but support stockings with an open toe were ordered. But I couldn't exchange them because one of the stockings had a smaller unit than the other, even though it was New Years. Anyone understand that ?! The seller also refused to request an exchange from the manufacturer and only pointed out that I could try it myself. The service at Storch and Beller is a disaster!
Absolutely friendly and competent service in a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Absolute recommendation !!
