My Chala sandals had a warranty defect. I registered this via email almost 2 months ago. No reaction. Then I returned the shoes on September 19th, 2020 to the Berlin branch that sent the shoes to Chala in Freiburg. The last reminder ("Where are my shoes"?) Is from October 29th. So far (November 8th) no response. Without words!

Thanks for the nice advice from you. Here you will find a large selection of leather, rubber, sandals of all kinds. I found exactly the right one at a great price. That was definitely not the last visit here in Freiburg ...

incredibly bad service! I ordered custom-made sandals on September 25th. 7 days later, sandals other than the ones ordered were delivered. So far so good, that can happen. But then: It takes another 7 days until I get the return documents for the wrong delivery. The correct sandals that I have ordered will only be sent to me when the wrong delivery has returned to Chala. That is the first insolence that wastes time. After all, I was not responsible for the wrong delivery. Why can't you send the ordered goods on straight away? Now for the second outrage: I have now returned the wrong delivery, but I still haven't received a shipping confirmation for the goods originally ordered. Now my order is 3 weeks old! I ordered from Chala because I wanted to support a small German manufacturer. But if you order such expensive sandals with so little material, you can at least expect appropriate service and quality. But unfortunately I am more than disappointed! I can only advise against buying from Chala. If you are unsure, you should also check Facebook. There are quite a few other reviews that are similar to mine. Unfortunately I read this too late.
