Nice shop, Good choice
Great shoe store, branded shoes at low prices ...
There is a large selection of shoes at great prices. Staff very dedicated, helpful and friendly. Keep it up. Sales room clear, bright and modern designed.

No goodwill with defective goods. Sole loosens when worn for the first time. No redemption, no exchange possible. I was sent to the Schumacher and Reno would have paid for it. This repaired it for free. I will no longer buy shoes from Reno in Freiburg.
Could be better sorted, the whole facility seems a bit unstructured and therefore not very clear. Especially the lower floor is really dark. Because you could improve something.
