My running shoes were used, but not old (less than 2 years). And fully functional. After I ran with the insoles, BOTH shoes were torn open on the sides. The managing director himself said that it was either a coincidence or I might have already broken the shoes, but the insert was certainly not. I find it deeply insulting to be treated like this as a customer. I didn't pay the bill, but I can still throw my running shoes away.

At first it was said that they would not work with the orthopedist's foam prints. Your computer-based system is much more accurate. And much more expensive :-( I would have almost left again. Only then did they put out in a subdued manner that of course they also make the deposits paid by the health insurers on the basis of the foam impressions. They are all right. Why not immediately? Answer to the owner's answer: For the vast majority of customers, the normal foam-based inserts should be sufficient. So for me too. I wrote verbatim: "They're all right then." In this respect, it is not a complaint. Or maybe: about your business methods. Each of your employees is trained to make the greatest possible turnover. This may work for ignorant customers (who trust you more than I do). It's not okay. I don't think I could convince you of my point of view in a personal conversation. That's why I'm going to Ask Exner to remove you from his list of recommendations. If I give him the reason, it shouldn't be difficult for him. Hopefully that will convince you more. Because of the hypocrisy expressed in your answer, only two stars.

This advice is worth gold !!! Very competent, friendly and absolutely recommendable. The insoles are super helpful and still much more comfortable to wear than the "normal" orthopedics business
