Warning! I bought some sandals in the sister store - I didn't order them online because I want to support retailers in this difficult time. Tried on once at home (take extra socks with you!), Unfortunately too big. I was just refused the exchange because the shoes were said to be worn. The spots with which this was justified were already there when I bought them. I am disappointed and angry - I could have sent them back without any problems if I ordered online. The branch managers of Schuhklaus, on the other hand, simply ignore applicable law. I have never experienced something like that!

Was there a few days ago and asked for Superga shoes. Young dark-haired employee answers: What brand? We have not, sorry. The whole wall was full of shoes. Oh SUPERga. I then went and laughed outside. Seriously? Please train your employees, if they don't even know how to correctly pronounce a brand, it's more than embarrassing ...

Impossible loading and brazen branch management. After a few days, I tried to complain about shoes that were obviously defective. Not only does the branch manager simply point out that he should be sued, but you also have to listen to malicious insolence ("You can also scrap your new car on the first day"). When reading other reviews you get the impression that it is a mesh to maximize profits. Never again Schuh-Klaus!
