Shittiest store around. The people there have no clue, the shoes are rather expensive but crappy and the worst is that they make it impossible to return shoes. There are not so many store like this one I would recommend to boycott. Save yourself time and nerves, skip those dishonest people. I would give less than a star of I could.

No service at Salamander in Freiburg, but bad behavior by the boss and employees when the complaint is justified. Want to deport you to the shoemaker instead of showing responsibility.

Extremely poor customer service that suggests deliberate fraud. My mom, who sees very badly and has a degree of disability, was first treated very inattentively in the shop and then did not get any change back !!!
Unfortunately, she only found that out at home with my help. When I called the store, the cashier and the manager didn't feel responsible! We have NO REPAYMENT and no goodwill !!!
