No exchanges possible after 6 days. Not even for a voucher, although the shoes are unworn and in the original box. It's unbelievable ... I've never experienced anything like this and that in times of Corona ... I will never shop at Tamaris Freiburg or Schuh Klaus again. What an outrageous way to deal with customers.
Very unfriendly service, the shoes do not take back after a short wear (at home). (Shoes were too small)
After careful cleaning of the shoes, although they could not even be cleaned because they are new, they were still not taken back by the super loving but not really competent seller thanks for nothing. You shouldn't support the store.
