Friendliness and customer service are lived here. The store manager has a good feel for the customer and has a very wide range of specialist knowledge.

I'd rather give 0 points than one, but unfortunately that does not work.
From three pairs of Timberland shoes, three pairs returned. Two pairs would be repaired, one pair completely replaced.
Today was the day of the coronation: Mint shoe brought back, because both soles have solved because of incorrect bonding. Wanted to send her back for repair. The owner's answer was that nothing could be done without a bill.
Conclusion :
Not only that Timberland sells lower-quality shoes (at x-times the price) than Deichmann, now there is still miserable service! Never again..
And certainly not in this store.
