Great selection of men's shoes! Very competent and friendly advice without wanting to turn something on. Lacing can be changed on request and changed back again if you like it differently. Shoes are impregnated in front of the door as a service after purchase, instead of just recommending a spray! I will gladly come again! 5 Stars!
Extremely nice service, was given great advice by the store manager, who took a lot of time for me and definitely knows his trade. Very nice and clean store, I can only recommend it!
I really appreciate this business. You can rely on the sizes of the products. If I take size 7, it also fits.
The sellers here are always very courteous and friendly, so it's fun to inquire and be shown something.

Great selection, great quality, very nice and dedicated staff. A complaint was very accommodating. It is not better. This is how retailing is fun!
Basically, I find it rather strange or at least borderline to evaluate standardized branches of large chains.
So why am I reviewing the Lloyd store in Freiburg? Because the excellent advice and the service around the shoe purchase simply inspired me. Unfortunately, as a customer, that is something that is far from everywhere - and certainly not in the footwear trade.
