Was in business with my mother recently. Perhaps we did not live up to the ideal picture of the saleswoman, but she felt 50 meters away at a safe distance and looked with blank, blank eyes. So far from friendliness and service-oriented action. As managing director she would get a reference from me! Otherwise it is a total wrong occupation! Because such quality shoes really need a different behavior!
