Hi there. I'm from Poland, I've bought at the Schuhe Luke online shop 3x times and I'm very satisfied by now. Last time I had to return boots because they were too small, and I had no problem, I had my money back in a couple of days time. The online client service is always very nice and helpful, and responds to e-mails quickly. I do recommend.

Oriana and the team were very prompt in dealing with a UK delivery issue. DHL did not deliver the parcel but Oriana refunded the amount to me, for which I was very grateful. DHL are to blame and should be ashamed as Luke Shop is a small family run business who have borne the brunt of the loss whereas DHL could not be bothered to respond to the query over delivery.

No vegan shoes. Not many options in general.

My review relates to orders in the online shop, which I have known for about 15 years. Overall, I was very satisfied with the company's services: a great range of brands only in the best quality, deliveries abroad, quick e-mail responses to questions. In some situations the company was even willing to manually set up some things for my orders from friends in Germany. The last time there was a disappointment. My credit card payment from Ukraine does not work: the payment process starts, takes a few seconds and I am thrown out on the company's main page. I tried everything possible on the advice of the company and the bank: ordered on the laptop and smartphone, in three different browsers, in incognito mode on the advice of the bank, so that the Google message about the saving of data does not interfere with the process. My sister was also a customer in this business and when I spoke to her I discovered that she had the same problem about 1.5 years ago. The fault is clearly in the company's software and it doesn't want to acknowledge that. The employee of the company who advised me argues with numerous successful daily payments by card and points out problems with the browser, the device, the IP address. At least two IP addresses, three devices, two browsers were tried out. What else do you need to recognize the bug in the company software? A payment via PayPal recommended by the company would be more time-consuming and expensive for me! The story is very annoying !!! PS. I have to say that the company reacted quickly to the situation described above and fixed the error. Now I can order from my country without any worries.
