I did my first training today and I'm thrilled! Andreas is a great trainer who conscientiously makes sure that I do everything right and he encourages people in a nice and humorous way. Otherwise I'm more of the type for outdoor sports, but EMS is great for getting back in! I'm looking forward to the next time!
