Yoga makes you happy, yoga strengthens and heals 🧘‍♂️ A beautiful studio with great people and loving yoga teachers 😘 Especially recommended for people with cancer. Here you are caught and strengthened in your actions - here you find yourself. Thanks Sushila for this place

A wonderful place to relax, to practice yoga with great teachers in very nice groups. A very valuable asset to my life. There are always workshops on very interesting topics, there is something for everyone. I am very happy that we have it in Grefrath. The handling there is very loving and appreciative, new participants quickly feel comfortable and so our yoga community can grow.

A place to feel good all round. The yoga studio has lovingly designed rooms in which it is easy to forget everyday stress and engage in yoga practice. A varied program of ying yoga, meditative yoga, yoga for cancer patients or children, ... is offered. There are occasional events as special highlights. Under the direction of Shushila, there are several teachers who hold the yoga classes and enrich them with their own way every hour. I go there with great enthusiasm.
