So my wife always likes it here very much. She is in a good mood, then I am too!
We felt very comfortable. Super nice advice.
The assortment gets the full score from me: brands and selection, which are otherwise only available in online shops, large houses or other cities. The shop is structured and invites you to shop.
Now comes the big BUT for me:
What I have to find again every time I visit (whether you buy something or just look):
Shopping experience equal to zero. The atmosphere is so bad. You feel as a customer just uncomfortable in this underclouded and bad mood environment. To buy this invites not just a, but rather the opposite: leave store and at mytheresa o.ä. to order. I have not found an open, positive, advisory staff there for a long time.
In times of online shops and dying downtowns just the customer service and friendliness is the big plus of the retail trade.
An online order is, thanks to such experiences, nothing more in the way.
