If you only want to go shopping for shoes, ok, however, it gets more and more messy, as saleswomen apparently prefer to stand in groups of three behind the cash register and chat instead of working. Another time a colleague / supervisor in the shop blasphemed that all customers could overhear and now with the current mouthguard rules you should possibly point this out to the employees again. Of 4 employees, only 2 wore the face mask correctly, otherwise it was worn decoratively under the chin.

Am very disappointed. I bought patent leather shoes (Fridays 12.30 p.m., shop almost empty, 1 cashier, at least 2 shop assistants) and specially asked if I can return these because I wasn't sure whether they would match the clothes. This was answered in the affirmative and a paintwork care was recommended. Exchange Saturday (2 p.m. shop full 1 cashier, NO saleswoman). Shoes could be exchanged without any problems but paintwork care (6 €) was not taken back. Allegedly a consumable product and you cannot check whether it is used. However, care has a sponge on top, so you can see if it is used! In addition, the cashier was incredibly unfriendly. If customers are treated like this, they won't come a second time !!!

Just went there with my child to buy first-time shoes. The saleswoman was very unfriendly: When I asked her for help, she pounded her things on the table in exasperation. When asked where the said compartment was with the measuring stick, she actually deigned to show me where the measuring stick was hidden. However, there was no advice on first-time shoes. There is also no customer toilet. In the future I will order from Zalando and Co. on the Internet. Customers are no longer welcome!
