Today I wanted to spend over 100 euros on shoes at Deichmann but left the shoes at the cash register because the branch manager simply wasn't processing my complaint, very unfriendly, didn't even look at the shoes and immediately said no ... Didn't buy about 2 weeks ago once properly dressed, a material defect. The lady just didn't want to help me. The colleague did not want to say the name of the branch manager afterwards either ... I immediately bought the same shoes that I wanted to buy from Roland Schuh ... will never buy from Deichmann again.
amazing how friendly the staff in this shop is !!! Even if the men's shoes don't match me, I'm always amazed why it works there. Friendliness and service to the customer and in the starting price range. Many can cut off a large slice.
