great products but unfriendly staff

My son's foot was measured and even the device measured wide (I also said beforehand that we have very problems buying shoes and have only been able to wear 2 models from filli so far) nevertheless the saleswoman said the shoe from Ricosta (one of the narrowest Barefoot shoes is what I found out in retrospect) in the width medium would sit well and fit perfectly ... Well worn for 1 hour the next day and nothing fits the shoe pinches and my little one wanted to take them off, red little toes ... Conclusion of the history wrong advice, 70 euros spent on nothing. The staff should be trained on friendliness and correct advice, just invite a shop with the title Dr should be more familiar with that, I will definitely not come back ... I get better advice on various websites from women who deal with it and not in any shop dr title work.

Well, they are well sorted. Also for little problem feet. All widths available. And every time we find 2.3 pairs of shoes. But now the big ONLY: The service is extremely unfriendly, sometimes you don't even want to serve you. One has to speak of a service wasteland. A shame, could really recommend a shop if the service was different ...
