Sympathetic as if led away from one's own problem in order to come to the consistently modest in-house products in fine English sales manner. Here the bear is tied to the back with all the building society savings plans and LV‘s and reliably lightening the wallet month after month. Really very attentive to taking the hurdle from thinking about savings plans or increasing money.

Absolutely disappointed. After a series of failures and mishaps at the Saalesparkasse, she has now managed that the machine in N ... unauthorized withheld my debit card. Nothing like this has happened to me in my entire life. Except today. At the Sparkasse in N…, 233 km from Halle. ... [limited number of characters. Original text therefore reproduced in abbreviated form] ... When I was at the machine in N ... in the local Sparkasse today, the screen said briefly, the card was blocked and will be retained. No kicking or hitting helped either. That thing didn't come out with the card. Had I had a pick hammer or a pickaxe, I would have discussed the thing differently. That was the fifth warning sign. Without this equipment, I was now dependent on my phone. The first thing I did was call the card blocking numbers. It was confirmed that the card was still blocked. After I had clearly pointed out to Saalesparkasse days before that they had to unblock the card. I asked the employee on the other end of the line to pull the card out again. He refused this service. I said he managed to withhold the card through the blocking, so please let him manage to get the card back. He said it wouldn't work, the card would fall into a box. This would only be emptied in the next working week by service employees and today is Saturday, nothing happens anymore. After this lazy remark, I pointed out to him that a machine is a tool in the legal sense, and that whoever uses a tool is responsible for it. The benchmark for the business process is the person and an employee of the Sparkasse would have been able to recognize without a doubt that the card is with the person to whom it belongs, i.e. with me. After that, it would only be about lifting the lock again. So what about, will I get my card back or not? ... I was beside myself over so much impertinence. First withhold the card and then not want to take it out again and hide behind the big stranger, the ATM, preferably behind the computer. I thought, my friends, now I'm starting to discuss this unfairly too. So I asked whether I had to come up with a thermal lance first to free the card or whether it would soon be the same? The employee then protested that there was really nothing he could do, that I had to wait until Monday. I told him clearly: I don't want that. I still want to go shopping for the weekend today and I can't do that without the card. The machine kept the card today and nobody was embarrassed or disabled at the weekend. I want the card back today, in two hours at the latest. I don't care whether some employees from a vending machine service or any employees from the Sparkasse arrive. If any tools are used here that are not mastered, then that is not my problem, but the problem of the Sparkasse. The employee repeated himself at the latest now it became cyclical. I left it then. The man could not even resolve the possibility of verbalization again. An indictment. ... At least now I knew what to think of the Sparkassenverband. At home I immediately looked around for checking accounts at other banks and couldn't believe why I pay over 60 EUR a year at the Sparkasse for account management and credit card, although it is much cheaper at other banks. Together with my wife, the Sparkasse receives EUR 120 a year for a few bits and bytes on a bank computer and that with the chaos and service provocations discussed above. The Saalesparkasse was not able to send my wife the PIN for her VISA card for over a year. My wife then changed institutes. I'll do that too ...

Really bad service. No banknote selection, transfer terminals are cumbersome and no money is exchanged for a customer despite being a member of the savings bank. Deposits are also not possible. There are such machines even in the deepest provinces, just not in the otherwise very beautiful Halle. Account change? No thanks. Way too expensive! Too bad!
