Without this equipment, I was now dependent on my phone. The first thing I did was call the card blocking numbers. It was confirmed that the card was still blocked. After I had clearly pointed out to Saalesparkasse days before that they had to unblock the card. I asked the employee on the other end of the line to pull the card out again. He refused this service. I said he managed to withhold the card through the blocking, so please let him manage to get the card back. He said it wouldn't work, the card would fall into a box. This would only be emptied in the next working week by service employees and today is Saturday, nothing happens anymore. After this lazy remark, I pointed out to him that a machine is a tool in the legal sense, and that whoever uses a tool is responsible for it. The benchmark for the business process is the person and an employee of the Sparkasse would have been able to recognize without a doubt that the card is with the person to whom it belongs, i.e. with me. Really bad service. No banknote selection, transfer terminals are cumbersome and no money is exchanged for a customer despite being a member of the savings bank. Deposits are also not possible.
