I think everything is great so far. Nice staff, quick solution to my problems, individually tailored advice, intuitive and secure app, no excessive advertising and quick information about innovations. My advisor Mr. Schuster is super accessible via email and answers very quickly.

Not available by phone. After three quarters of an hour landed in the call center. There are only appointments with a certain person and if the one has full calendar, one has bad luck. For people who have to arrive and have limited dates, impossible. Wanted to talk directly to the branch, then I was purposely given a fax number and in the call center, I could not get through. Absolute impudence. Now pay each month further account fees for an unused account, because I can not cancel it and because of the move to another state can not even use.
