Have my winter down jacket and a very expensive coat for cleaning delivered. The price was okay, on the agreed day I could pick up both cleaned and the service was very friendly. Both smell pleasant and all stains are removed. Will definitely give clothes again.

This laundry has lost me as a customer. On Saturday afternoon I drove with my huge laundry mountain to Halle, to have this cleaned. When I realized that I was arriving 2 minutes late, I called the laundry and asked very nicely if it would be possible to wait for a moment. The woman was so outrageous, ignorant, and still making fun of my situation. I will no longer support the disrespectful treatment of well paying customers. Goodbye forever!

The cleaning was relatively fixed and the prices are ok.

I have not had any problems with my laundry, but mostly I have only given a suit for cleaning. Price is OK, time is OK, as a bonus you can sometimes give up later, provided the employee is waiting for the driver.

I have been a customer in this laundry for 3 years. Now I had to complain for the first time. I had put a white tshirt with imprint there. The tshirt had carrot stains that had been cleaned out. Unfortunately, I noticed at home that is still a yellow spot on the tshirt. So I'm back the next day describing my situation. The clerk was also nice and took it back and told me that I did not have to pay anything. Very nice. When picking up, however, I experienced my blue wonder. Unfortunately, the yellow spot did not go out, an employee told me they tried everything, I saw that too, because some of the print had turned paler. The employee said to me, "to the facts, we are a Renigung, we make stains out, not pure." .... oh no. The sound makes the music and the sound did not work. She had portrayed me as unkindly demanding customers, so I had the feeling. My suggestion for the future when I put a garment into the cleaners and it's not a suit or shirt, which is obviously the main business, maybe I should ask why they bring it to the cleaners or what they are for stains. And maybe even a phone number noted down to a necessary consultation times to keep just when you with cleaners fiddling the print screwed up. I give something into the cleaning because I do not get it clean at home and I hang on the things and they would like to save. I can recommend this cleaning only for ur suit and shirts, for stains I will look for something different in the future. And if I expect a customer-oriented service, I also like to pay more ... because as I said I hang on the things .. I did not feel that my clothes were treated with the necessary respect. I am a young man who has no idea about laundry and can talk to.
