Very good and reasonably priced pharmacy. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They also convince me with competent advice on general complaints and, above all, vaccination and travel advice for all countries! As a young person you don't actually have a main pharmacy, but now I have one!
..... on November 9, my brother tried to get a drug in the Adler pharmacy in Halle, mediated by me, recipe from my husband, who issued a private recipe, etc., but also after 2 email no answer to today.
Pharmacy teemed me on the phone and until today no answer from the owner, which I clearly asked. My brother did not get the drug. There was a lot of "ethical reasons" and "team" spoken, but this pharmacy was not usefully.
The evening before I had been promised by phone that I could send the private prescription by fax or in scanned form by email to the pharmacy. My brother and I got on the tel. Promise and were unfortunately abandoned ...!
Very unfriendly, the pharmacist wanted e.g. I can not say his name and if he is competent. He just did not want to deal with it ......, was looking forward to the closing time, it seemed.
