All in all friendly and competent. Unfortunately, the cheaper active ingredient is not always offered, despite demand. Specifically, I asked for ASS and immediately had a pack from the most expensive manufacturer in front of my nose. Only after repeated inquiries was I offered a significantly cheaper preparation.
