I have never experienced such a service before. After half an hour he was on site and immediately fixed the problem with my washbasin fresh water mixer. The problem was with the upper part and he changed it immediately even though he could have sold me a completely new battery. I call that service. Not a parts exchanger, a craftsman. I can only recommend.

Although I was promised an appointment by Mr. Simon personally, I waited in vain for 4 hours! Mr. Simon didn't call me either, so I called back after 4 hours. There was no apology or reason. I have never experienced such poor service with artisans.
