Unfortunately I can only warn against the disastrous shoemaker's work !! A new leather sole was not sewn onto my welted Oxfords, as I was assured, but a thick rubber sole with a tractor tire profile was glued, whereby the frame was destroyed for future repairs and the life of my shoes was drastically reduced. After my complaint, one rubber sole was replaced by another rubber sole (!). After complaining again, I had to listen to teachings about my conservative shoe taste. Neither with regard to the costs paid in advance nor the destruction of my shoes was met. Since I unfortunately needed the shoes for an important appointment in the afternoon of the agreed pick-up date (about a month after they were originally handed in), I was now forced to take them with me. This disappointment was crowned by the early loosening of the stuck rubber after wearing it twice. I've been wearing the same model in a different color for over ten years now, and the sole has been easily changed by other shoemakers. The couple submitted here had to be thrown in the trash prematurely.

At the beginning of 2019, I had inserts made for an expanding flat foot. The shop staff assured me that they would make a custom insole for my foot. I got this too. About 6 months later I developed severe knee problems and went to the orthopedic surgeon with this pain. He saw the deposits and told me that it was no wonder that I had problems with them: they would be deposits that were bought as a finished product. All that Fusszone employees would have done would be to cut a piece off the top. I then had new insoles made in another shop and my pain disappeared. So I went back to the foot zone and asked. They told me again that it was a handmade custom product and denied any responsibility. For an orthopedic shoemaker, I think that's an absolute cheek. Something is simply sold here and the customer is also lied about (!) If you like your knees and feet, I can only recommend going elsewhere.
