The contact was very friendly, but despite two confirmations, they did not call back to make an appointment, I was forgotten. Then an appointment was made, but I waited the whole afternoon for free and it wasn't canceled by phone. I don't find this kind of behavior customer-friendly. Then you should say straight away that you don't want to take on an order and that you don't hold off the customer for 1 week unnecessarily.
