We plan to completely renovate our 12 sqm bathroom from the 80s. We were attentive to the company Sanitär Böcken by a newspaper ad.
It was important for us that the executing company takes care of and organizes all necessary trades. This was assured by Mr. Böcken at a local meeting as well as scheduled for summer. However, Mr. Böcken did not like that we had the sanitary parts such as whirlpool, washstand, shower, etc. had already selected after our favor.
Nevertheless, he promised to send us a first draft of a cost estimate.
In the meantime two weeks have passed so that I requested by phone today.
In the process, I learned that Mr Böcken was NOT interested in our contract (volume as a layman estimated at between € 20,000 and € 30,000), since he had in the meantime received other orders.
I'm annoyed that he did not inform us about his decision. So we have more than 2 weeks useless wasted time, because the work can be carried out due to the temperatures only in the summer.
Too bad, so the company Böcken is NOT recommended in my view.
