The shop is clean, the service staff is friendly and there is a good selection available. Therefor 3 stars.
I don't have to tell anyone that the quality of the goods leaves something to be desired, although as a trained baker I probably have a more critical eye.
Underneath all, it is a simple pattern with a value of just under one euro to sell for 2.60. If the goods were fresh, I would overlook it, but the slices were simply INEDIBLE because the salad was brown and scruffy! Unbelievable, my last purchase in this branch.
Nice cafe, good selection! However, I found it uncomfortable that, right now in Corona times, the employees behind the counter touch all products without gloves without exception. This is currently unacceptable

Offer me an ancient hot dog as fresh. Despite demand. The part was hard like rusk and really bad. No way of dealing with customers.
I've never been treated so badly by an employee of BackWerk as on that Friday, 18.10.2019 at 18:20 in Halle (Saale) Hbf. As a longtime regular customer at BackWerk in Hamburg, I have been avoiding this incident since that day look at the obvious competition and do not regret it. BackWerk, your employees have no behavior, can not articulate properly, and aggressively engage with customers.
