2 hours. waited in vain for a call back. It was just about making an appointment. Since you can only speak of a more than bad service and therefore only advise against investing your money there. In addition, there are the very high fees that you have to pay yourself if no employee is involved.

I can only say positive things about the service, competence and friendliness of the staff. However, what was completely forgotten after the renovation are the many disabled people. No matter whether in a wheelchair, walker, with walking aid, visually impaired or blind. Most of the doors still have to be opened manually, which is not exactly handicapped-friendly. I would like the Sparkasse to invest a few euros to remove the last negative barrier.

Unfriendly staff and zero service ... If you want to hand in transfer slips, they will not be executed. Like a chargeback, it is rather discussed that you were never there and didn't ask for anything at all ... No, that's not possible .. all bad reviews are 100% true and with all good reviews the employees may have had a good day .. . Sad.

The staff are very friendly and competent. We were also well looked after in difficult matters. Individual solutions were always found. I can only say that I can absolutely recommend Sparkasse and explicitly this branch.

I have been a customer of the Sparkasse for many years and I am very satisfied with the service and personal support on site. No internet bank offers that. And if you absolutely want to save fees, you can also use the Sparkasse's online services.
