Unfriendly opening times for working people who are only back at 5 p.m., so the branch can no longer be used and an ATM has recently ceased to exist. What should I do next?

At least one day a week, a longer opening time should be set up (until 6 p.m.). So that working people also have at least a chance to clarify personal concerns! Competence and customer-oriented action is not to be expected there either, even the exchange of a defective banknote presents THIS branch with insurmountable hurdles ... so they can't do anything with money ;-p

Cash payment at the machine only at € 20 !! Very very weak! The Volksbank is 1,000 times better! Bye Sparkasse !! Never again !
