New Year's Eve 31.12.2017 => In the morning our heating system fails with a defective circulation pump. 9:37 am => Mahnert informed via Whatsapp with error description and video. 10.05 a.m. => Mahnert arrives with a replacement circulating pump. 10.25 am => Mahnert leaves our house, the pump has been replaced and the heating is working properly again. Many thanks to Mahnert for the super-fast service on New Year's Eve.
