Thank you again for the great service over the weekend. Just great. My kitchen drain was blocked, !!!!! of course on Sunday !!!!! (find someone who comes and you don't have to take out a loan) and it ran out under the kitchen (very tasty). The boss himself immediately set off. When the blockage was gone, he showed me on a small camera that there was a small leak. That could have been a huge problem, so thanks again. The offer for this came immediately on Monday, so that everything could be done quickly here. I can only warmly recommend you.
I am very happy with the company. We have been using their services for several years. When I happened to read the bad feedback, I thought that could not be true. These experiences do not correspond in any way to ours.
Our old heating system has been reliably serviced by the company for years. After well over 20 years, a new one had to be found at some point. Here, too, Shepard gave us great advice and made us a great offer. The installation of the new heating was completely uncomplicated, everything was explained to us in a friendly manner. Weeks after the installation, we did still have questions about the setting, and we were always courteous and treated in a friendly manner. I got the answer: "There are no stupid questions .... please contact me again, we are here for you." So what more could you ask for. The price-performance ratio is and has always been top. I can only say thank you
We have been customers of the Shephard company for many years and are always absolutely satisfied with the work and the service. All employees are very friendly.
The company Shephard was recommended to us by acquaintances, who told us that they had very good experiences with the company and have been customers for years. At first we were a bit skeptical because of the bad reviews here, but still have the consultation appointment with Mr. Shephard senior perceived. Mr. Shephard was totally friendly & brought great ideas to redesign our bathroom. He responded to our suggestions & has improved them. With the offer after the consultation we were also fully satisfied. So we dared .. The dismantling and the whole further bath renovation have, among other things, taken over the two sons - also here we were surprised. Clean, fast & communicative !!!
If we renew our second bath next year, we will certainly knock on Shephard again :)
Very impolite!
As a person who is not logically correct I have made a false statement on the phone (no warm water instead of only 3 minutes warm water)
When Mr. Shephard looked at the faucet in the bathroom for a very short time, he told me that he had driven an extra 20 kilometers for the cause and told me that I had declared it an emergency. He treated me like I was a little kid.
I was literally speechless.
When asked what I would have to do now to solve the problem, he said only grumpy, that he will have a look otherwise I would have to live with the fact that it takes so long until the water is warm.
Thank you for nothing at all ...
