I love this place
The performance is great and, above all, really fast.
Price and performance is great, I won't go to any other cleaning service either.
My wedding shirt looks like it was after shopping.
My coat looks like it has just been sold. Even the discoloration that has developed over the years is gone.
Unfortunately, Google only offers whole stars. I only wanted to subtract half a star, because there are little ailments here and there.
Negative:
First point: (but I don't think there is any other way with the crowd), my coat had moth larvae in the collar (already dead).
Unfortunately, some threads still have to be removed, you could have looked more closely in this regard (but these are really just minor details).
Second point: is the opening time:
Every working person can understand that it is simply not feasible to come by until 2 p.m.
Perhaps as a suggestion: introduce a “long” day in the week until 6-7pm.
As described, I only wanted to subtract half an asterisk, but unfortunately it doesn't work 😫
I have been a regular customer of the Edelweiß laundry for many years and I have to say that I wouldn't let anyone else do my laundry.
Regardless of whether it is a curtain, favorite pants, bed linen or carpet, I get everything back on time and to my complete satisfaction. In addition, the price-performance ratio is right.
