Recently my mother needed compression stockings. Since she can no longer leave the house, I asked in the pharmacy in the HEP whether a home visit to measure would be possible. An appointment was immediately arranged with me, which was then confirmed by phone the day before - I thought it was very good! Everything went well during the home visit. A friendly employee took the measurements, was very considerate of my mother's restricted freedom of movement and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the different types of stockings. She also showed us how to best put on the compression stockings using a sample stocking. Great all-round advice! And that without additional payment. We only paid the prescription payment. The stockings fit perfectly. The next time I go to the pharmacy in the HEP.

The staff is quite friendly. If a drug is not in stock, another drug with the same active ingredient is offered by another manufacturer and given extensive advice. I also had to use the emergency service. Here, too, everything went very well.

I experienced, as a 77 year old with Rollator, a true odyssey because I urgently needed a prescription: 5 pharmacies did not have this drug, my "own" not even! BUT, THE PHARMACY IN HEP HAD IT !!! Hats off and on, Anja Ahlvers 🌸🐞
