I was in great need because suddenly my heating system failed. No heating company could / wanted to help me. Only company Kämpf + Co was able to send an employee on the same day. He was able to solve the problem quickly and get spare parts. Thanks again for the quick help, always happy

The company Kämpf & Co TGA Halle GmbH is characterized by irresponsible behavior. The consequences of the inattentive work of a fitter during the maintenance of a gas boiler are passed on to the customer and any responsibility is denied, incidentally also by the Hebecker property management company. The resulting financial claim of EVH must be borne solely by the customer. The request for a constructive problem solution is rejected by harsh email. Clear warning against this company!
Answer to answer from the owner: I have been advised by two independent legal advisors (including the tenants' association) in the case with the clear result that I am entitled to compensation. The step of allowing you to inspect the relevant documents and the consequent assumption of responsibility for the consequences of the damage incurred was refused on your part.
