The positive first. The on-site staff are friendly. That's it The difficult thing now. It takes forever and at least two calls before anyone shows up. For years. The impossible and really annoying - the problem is recognized and named, but then obviously shifted back with priority. If you call again to inquire, you remember but don't know who to send at the moment and so you wait again. That is more than annoying and unsustainable. The bad last. It is the contracting company for property management and you only have to and may only contact them.

For almost 8 years, man does not get the gas boiler running reliably. On 16.9.2019 the thermal bath is broken with me now it makes no warm water from the heating I do not talk. Now man has to wash with ice-cold water for a week because of a stupid part. As far as I've learned the part is already in front but man thinks I have it warm and warm water. Thus, man can wait years with the one construction

For almost 8 years a gas boiler has been repaired by your company. Again and again, after the repairs come on erneunte defects. The spa is now running through a year no more trouble-free. Now the total failure is there. Monday was called that the complete failure occurred, Wednesday is only a technician. Why is not this treated as an emergency? We are now sitting around without heating and hot water, as your company does not manage to get the spa running again or replace it within 5 working days. Called today. No technician can exceptionally do something after closing time. And if you kindly ask them to tackle the matter with vigor it is said yes and it is hung up. Jaja means leak me on A ****. Thanks for that.
