I find it under all sow that 1 month has passed since our credit request and the submission of our papers. Ms. Ottenz simply does not really care and is busy with everything other than processing our "loan". In the meantime we have to be really afraid that we will no longer get our dream home. We have never experienced anything so unreliable and we have been customers in this bank for years. We are seriously considering looking for a new bank, one where you can get better advice and treatment.
