I have been a customer of this bank for 4 years. I want my card online, but he refused for no reason. This is very bad and he tells me to sugar your account if you don't want to. That's so bad Bank clerks had two elements that wouldn't help me

When I asked to move my old account from my home or to open a new one here, they sent me the 700 km home and then I was told it was the problem of the Bitterfelder Sparkasse which does not recognize the error.

Never again ... wanted to withdraw money with a Visa card and got nothing because I don't have an account there ... So I couldn't buy anything! ... Thank you for damaging your surrounding business. Ashamed of the arogance !!!

Contracts are terminated unilaterally if the Sparkasse no longer suits them economically - why should one trust such an association and handle money transactions there? Another defeat for the Sparkasse in the fight against banks / online banks.
