I used this cleansing regularly to clean my shirts and suits. Shirts were ok but there were always problems with the suits. No cleaning was without complaints. The crease was always wrong. Always!!. Every time the pants had to be ironed. My last point of contact with the cleaning involved a completely too hot ironed trousers. A complaint lasted 4 weeks without interim notification. The result was devastating. We were not weighed down and referred to use-related wear. 4-month-old suit trousers are ironed by qualified personnel and no school concession. I can only warn about the service of cleaning. Stay away if you do not want to just have bed sheets cleaned. The staff in Delitzsch is always helpful.
