An offer for a heating system was requested ... for weeks we were put off, among other things with the excuse “Internet doesn't work”. Since there is a certain time pressure in our case, we could not understand why it takes forever to prepare an offer. I don't want to give numbers, but at the beginning we were given a reasonable sum ... Price / performance okay. But the later offer looked completely different ... After repeated reminders of the offer, one came that was about 13,000 € more expensive. Well you can try to take advantage of people who have a little time pressure with the hope that they will accept this completely overpriced offer ... sorry, but not with us!

I am happy for everyone who has had a good experience. But I wanted a new shower fitting because the old one was broken due to lime. It has to be said that the old one was installed by Lorenz 5 years ago. I called in September and it was said that they answer. No one came forward except me. 4 months came nothing. But then when I said I was going to let another company do it that suddenly made an appointment. But there was never an excuse for forgetting or just failing. very bad dealings
Quick help after tap water damage, competent staff and clean work, new heating system installed at short notice after only half a week failure .... the Fa. Lorenz can only recommend
