After a friendly question with the lady behind the bakery counter, I was rejected abruptly, the toilet is only for cafe guests. Today I didn't want coffee, I had to go to the toilet. Despite several requests, your staff member did not allow herself to give me the key. After I offered her I would also pay for going to the toilet, she said, "It costs 2 euros, as if you were drinking coffee". I was speechless about so much insolence and audacity.
