Super nice service. Super delicious food and the seating area is very exemplary adapted to the Covid-19 regulations. There is a clean toilet and the waiting times are humane. A very good experience.

Since the corona pandemic, the service has decreased drastically. Hardly any staff to work off tips quickly. It feels like the coffee bar and ready-to-eat rolls are processed preferentially. M. e. too few staff (employees take a break even with long queues). Suggestion: One person should then constantly serve the coffee bar, then walk more quickly to the bread / cake counter. I won't go shopping there for now because it just takes too long. Bakers Neuber and Starke also have good goods!

Long queue, only one waitress who was totally annoyed that me and my colleagues got a little more for the company (6 sandwiches that should be lubricated). In the back, the employees just stood around stupidly and didn't help. I would have liked to have taken another crossaint, but was no longer asked if I would like anything more and therefore left it. Never go there again, customer-friendly is something else.
